We reserve the right to repossess any goods that have not been paid for in full and invoice you for any legal, delivery and restocking costs incurred. IgoldWorld has the right to cancel orders where we deem the order to be fraudulent or where delivery of products may not be fulfilled. This agreement is governed by English Law and You (the purchaser) and we (Euro International Communications) submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Matters beyond our reasonable control

If We are unable to provide this Service because of something beyond our reasonable control such as technical failure, lightning, flood, or exceptionally severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war, or military operations, natural or local emergency, anything done by government or other competent authority or industrial disputes of any kind (whether or not involving our employees), IgoldWorld will not be liable for this.

All goods and services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. Where certain goods or services are no longer available, or where certain prices have changed, we will endeavour to update the relevant information contained on this web site as soon as practicable. However, no price, or other information displayed on this web site will bind us until we have accepted your order. The price you will be charged for any goods or services will be the price in force when your order is accepted by us.
Placing an order

Any order you send to us for the purchase of specific goods and/or services constitutes an offer for the goods and/or services selected. We are not obliged to accept your order. If we do accept your order, a contract will be created at the time we send you an email confirming your order. You will be deemed to have received our acceptance of your offer once we have correctly sent an email to your electronic mail box.

We can only accept orders from persons aged 18 years or older.

For UK Deliveries

If you place your order online before 4.00pm, in most cases (approx 90%) customers receive delivery of the order on the next working day – With regards orders made on a Friday before 4pm you can expect to receive your delivery from the following Monday onwards.

Orders are dispatched using our chosen delivery partner – RoyalMail. Availability is indicated at point of sale. The transit times stated apply once your order has been despatched. Orders taken after 4pm in most cases are processed on the next working day.

Not all the services listed will be available for certain products and/or destinations. The delivery options available for your order will be listed before you checkout so you can check and choose your service.

Delivery to the destinations below usually takes between 2 to 4 working days longer than stated. Timed and Saturday deliveries may also not be possible.

Order Tracking & Proof of delivery

We provide with every purchase signature on delivery and online tracking for your order whilst on route. We will automatically send your tracking reference number depending on the delivery service you have chosen for your order. If you have not received the tracking details please contact us with your name, address and product details and we can forward this manually.

All orders sent to our customers require a signature upon delivery. The person receiving the goods must sign either the delivery manifest or ESCD (computerised) as proof of delivery of the consignment. Any written/computerised record of the receiver’s signature that ESCD has obtained will be evidence of the delivery and of the quantity of Parcels and/or Freight Items within the consignment.

We will send via email a despatch confirmation containing your order details and it is your responsibility to check that these details are correct and inform us of any errors.

You can log into your account at any time to see updates or previous orders from our website (see customer login section on the main menu).
Delivery Liability

If IgoldWorld are unable to fulfil or deliver your order within these timescales or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.

We will endeavour to have your goods to you by next day, however this is governed by the delivery services success rate and therefore delivery timescales are not guaranteed. Success rates can be seen on the individual delivery companies’ websites.

Royal Mail delivery liability is reflected in there terms and conditions. This can be viewed via the Royalmail website.

We will not be held responsible for any costs resulting in delays by delivery companies or delayed by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation:-

    severe weather conditions;
    industrial dispute;
    strike or labour disputes; and
    delay by any government, public or local authority including customs of any country where the goods are carried.

All items are sent from the UK. Liability therefore of any customs charges is your responsibility.
Failed Delivery

Once your order has been despatched and on route, we cannot refund any delivery cost or change the delivery service. It is your responsibility to make sure someone will be at the address to sign for the parcel as delivery companies do have the right to place a surcharge on the delivery for any failed attempts made by delivery drivers.
Returns Policy/Warranty

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases from IgoldWorld. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return item(s) to us.
Faulty items

If you discover your purchase to be faulty within 7 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email to junaid@igoldworld.com or call 0800-084-2326 to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number. The RA number is issued for either the credit/refund of or replacement/repair of the products we have supplied. Please be aware that this returns number is active for a period of fourteen days (two weeks) only.

IMPORTANT NOTE - If you don't send the products in question back within the stated timescales then your returns merchandise number will no longer be valid and your products may be rejected.
Non-faulty items

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return the item in the same condition it was received within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the sale price. It is the customer’s statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession and any missing items or physical damage to the goods could delay or even void any right for return & refund. The return postage cost is payable by the buyer unless goods were received faulty and in such cases the return postage will also be refunded. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are returned in a safe and secure manner within the timeframe stated above otherwise your return may be rejected. Please contact us via email before returning any items to begin the return/refund process.
Manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee

IgoldWorld does not issue any warranty/guarantee unless specified in the product’s description. In some cases the manufacturer has a dedicated repair process and asks customers to contact them directly with regards to any warranty issues.
